Hello, I am a Biochemist and Microbiologist at the University of Texas at Arlington. I just signed up and look forward to using my knowledge of biochemistry yo help others. So here you go buddy who is taking the Levaquin:

Levofloxacin is contraindicated in persons with a history of hypersensitivity to levofloxacin, quinolone antimicrobial agents, or any other components of this product

con·tra·in·di·ca·tion (kŏn'trə-ĭn'dĭ-kā'shən) Pronunciation Key
n. A factor that renders the administration of a drug or the carrying out of a medical procedure inadvisable: A previous allergic reaction to penicillin is a contraindication to the future use of that drug.

Basically you have hypertension and high blood pressure Levaquin is hindering your Lotrel. Talk to your doctor.
