Ive had my Period for over a month now on jolessa. Why is this happening?

I also started bleeding after taking jolessa for half a month. I just started week 10 and I am still having bleeding problems?? My doctor said it was my body just trying to have a period. I also bleed everytime I have sexual contact with my husband!!
