I am 46 and had been experiencing periods of feeling faint and weak. It came to me that it was probably the bp med. I'd been on Lisioprip/Hydrochl. for about 4 weeks because my doctor said my bp wasn't low enough on the Lisinopril alone. Felt much better after that. But I got to thinking that some other things that I had chalked up to arthitis, gout, (my feet would feel hot, sensitve and swollen.), and allergies ( chronic sinus mucous and draining, stuffy ears) may be caused or made worse by the Lisiopril. It came to me that the symptoms were getting in the way of me doing what I knew I should, and had been wanting, to do which was to excersise more and better handle the stress in my life and there for my life! I want to go off of everything for a while to find out what normal is again. I want to explore what can help in the areas of herbs and vitamins. Don't have specifics at the moment but if I come up with anything of interest I'll certainly pass it along! Best of luck!
