I have used Advair Diskus for about 7 months for mild Asthma. It helped my breathing but I gained about 46 pounds. They claim that Advair is an inhaled steroid so does not cause weight gain but my doctor said she has seen it happen hundreds of times. I started a strict diet but still gained weight. I stopped using Advair a week and a half ago. My weight is dropping rapidly so I won't use Advair again if I can avoid it. So far my breathing has been OK and I'm hoping my luck will hold.
