I am 53 years old. Went on Yasmin for 3 mths continously to stop periods while travelling overseas for 6 weeks. I travel overseas frequently - but had never taken Yasmin before. I am healthy, fit and a non smoker. Breathlessness and ear problems started overseas after 5 weeks into the trip. On return it has been found I suffered a major DVT incident and now have blood clots in the lungs. Extremely lucky to have survived. I believe that Yasmin has had a cause in what has happened.
