I also had a bad reaction, after taking this drug for a sinus infection, sweating, dizziness, racing heart, nausea, stomach pains, but I also had tinnitus in my left ear....has anyone else had this happen?

Is "tinnitus" a ringing sound in the ears? If so, yes, I experience that. But the most aggravating thing is the headaches I have on the back of my head and neck.
