I don't know if what I'm experiencing is side-effects or old age ...

I don't know if what I'm experiencing is side-effects or old age (55), but I thought I had arthritis in my left big-toe (taking aleeve to help inflammation), and the toe felt as if it was trying to 'turn' my foot. Now this morning my left calf-muscle felt that it was trying to 'turn' my leg inward. It still feels uncomfortable after getting out of bed, but very disturbing. Advair was first given to me when I was using my inhaler too many times and I felt wonderful relief at being able to breathe freely, but now I'm not so sure if this is the cause of the other problems. How can you know for sure what is causing what problem?

I had the leg ache problem and could not even walk in the morning without my shoes. I had a good massage on my calfs and the problem was relieved. I knew I had knots in my calves which pulls up on the foot tendons and facia. Find a good massage therapist who knows how to release the muscles and just try it once to see if it helps. Massage all over of course helps tremendously but ask the therapist if she/he could spend just 20 minutes of so on the calves and see if that helps.
