My husband is 36 years old and started taking Lisinopril 10mg about 2 weeks ago. Since then he has noticed some cramping in his lower legs, but the main side effect he noticed was a severe drop in sex drive. He has never experienced this before and the Lisinopril is the only thing that has changed in his daily activities. Thanks to those who shared their experiences with this drug. I'm sure he's going to call our MD first thing in the AM.

Hi Japonica,
It has been almost a week since I stopped taking Lisinopril and I'm happy to report the swelling of my feet has almost gone, my appetite is back, my sex drive is returning, the bad dreams and waking up in a pools of sweat have gone, the pins and needles in my arms and the cramps in my lower legs have gone. I've reverted to two soluble Aspirin a day and a multivitamin and have regained my appetite....I went to a singles dance two nights ago and suffered NO anxiety attacks. I wouldn't prescribe Lisinopril to my worst enemy! Talk about Pharmageddon! These company bosses should be made to sample the crap they are flogging as medication before marketing it.....Has it really got FDA Approval?
