I was on Yasmin for a long time- maybe a year or more. That was about 3 yrs ago - I've been off it for at least a year. Here's my question: how long will these symptoms persist after I go off the pill? I'm not sure why I have my symptoms, but maybe this pill started it. I am constantly in muscle pain, high fatigue, swollen, painful feet daily, ache/painful shoulders, back, hips, but and legs. I am not myself and haven't been in years. Maybe this drug started it.?? Your opinions based on your experience?

Hi,
Like I mentioned before I was only on this pill less then 2 weeks. But I noticed an total change in my mood. I was so full of rage! It was really wierd that my parents noticed and LITERALLY said, "What is wrong with you do you to see a therapist?" I felt like I was going out of my min because I was so mad all the time. Ugh and my dr. didn't want to switch me but I am a single mom and can't be an angry mom so I stopped. You know what? I am no longer full of rage. I was so tired and out of it I missed some work last week and I am able to go back now. So wierd! I don't know what else to say but hang in there. Apparently from the things i have read here you are not the only one going through this.
