I am having the same symptoms... the headaches come and go, but are definitely more frequent than they were pre-pill. As far as sleeping goes, I have been getting up early... like 4 hours after I go to sleep, and then going back to bed after a few hours for a nap. Good thing I don't have one of those conventional jobs! Everything else is going great (now that the depression has passed)! This is the first bc pill I have ever been able to stay on. I'm pretty satisfied :)
Now that I think about it, yeah. I have definitely been more tired lately. I sleep a lot more and I never feel like I've gotten enough sleep. One day I think I slept over 12 hours. It's ridiculous. I never considered that it had anything to do with the pill. Mostly I've just been having annoying breakthrough bleeding.
Ya, i never knew if i was tired because of the pill or not. but i just seem to want to sleep all the time! I havent had the breakthrough bleeding, and hopefully i wont. but that's why i switched to this pill because on yaz i had that all the time. my doctor said that femcon is suppose to stop breakthrough bleeding.
I was on YAZ and had the same horrible bleeding for 3 weeks plus i had a continuous yeast infection. I tired the nuvaring which I really liked, but the estrogen is too low for me and causes me to bleed two weeks every two weeks. THen I switched to femcom and the first week I experienced my first migraine headache ever. Now I feel extremely fatigued and there are days I have have to crawl back into bed and take a sick day from work because I can't possibly function.
hi, i have a question for you? I have been on yasmin since april the dr. suggested this pill to clear up my acne and us it instead of the diaphram which i was allergic to the contraceptive gel. i really havent had side effects at least i dont think so. weight gain maybe a little but i need to loose weight . anxiety who doesnt have stress in their life. headaches sometimes. the one problem i have is my periods are a little lighter but i have them for about 9-13 days. the dr. also told me that i could continue taking pills instead of 3 weeks of active pills , about 4-6 wks. of active pills. well it hasnt helped once usually 2 days into the 4th week i start to bleed. well now the dr. said that 9-13 days of bleeding is too much. so she put me on femcon fe 35. i haven't started them yet i am during the week of innactive pills due for my period. i have read some of the posts from people on this web site and i am petrified . women say they get horrible migrains, bloat, depression, anxiety dizziness, breast tenderness etc. do you have any suggestions since you have been on both?
Thank you for your time, vivi
I just started taking Femcon about three weeks ago. And ever since I been taking it I have been tired a lot more.. Like a few other people are saying you can get up for a couple of hours than all the sudden your tired again. Not only has that happened but also I been sick to my stomach a lot now.. I plan on stopping the pill and getting the IUD done.
