I have been on Biaxin for 3 days now (for laryngitis & sinusitis) and BOY does it leave the worst metal taste in my mouth and especially on my tongue. Seriously. I feel like I have quarters in my mouth. Gross! It also makes me dizzy and nauseous. Luckily, I've had no problems sleeping.
