I have had mine for 2 weeks. I do not have any children so it was slightly painful upon insertion. I have spotted and cramped everyday so far. As my body is adjusting to the hormones, I have been very moody, unexplained crying, easily angered. I have also been getting wierd cramps in my left leg. I am only assuming it is a side effect. Besides that it is not too bad so far. Nothing motrin doesn't help. And if anyone that is reading this is wondering about getting it and wants to know if it is painful during intercoarse... no. I cannot even tell it's in, and my husband says the same thing. I was most worried about that, and it turned out to not be a big deal. I will post any side effects if they change.
