Have been on COUMADIN / Warfarin since 2001 for a diagnosed "LOW FUNCTIONAL S PROTEIN / DEFIENCY". Since then as a result, have been hospitalized for Pulmonary Embolism of the lung on three occasions not including a DVT in left deep vein (uptake vein to heart). Presently take 12 mg/day.
