I am a 50yr old female... was prescribed Lisinopril 10mg for bp.. after a few weeks I started getting a funny hard to explain feeling with my heart beating a certain way.. don't know how to explain it.. fluttering maybe.. feel it pounding. So after I realized it could be this pill I stopped it.. I moved out of state from my dr... and not ins. yet.. however I watch my bp and when it got alittle higher I thought I will take 1/2 one.. which takes BP down to normal, but after doing this here and there.. that same feeling in my heart started.. Has anyone experienced this feeling?? I don't seem to have the other side effects Thank God.. but this one scares me as I don't see anyone mentioning this feeilng..

Hello. My name is Marty. I'm a 32 year old male and I was taking lisinopril also. I was taking it for high BP also. At the begining I was 170/110. After I began taking it I noticed my heart would beat funny and I could feel it beating in strange places on my body. Well I grew very nerviss and begain looking for alternatives. I lost 50bls. , cut way back on beer, and I cut out caffine all together. Nothing helped. I'm also part Indian so I don't like taking medication for things but I was told this was a great pill with no side effects.

Then I found apple cidar vinigar. This stuff did wounders. I couldn't believe it. I take 2 tpls. twice a day. I mix it in juice and drink it fast. Just google ACV cures and you will be amased. You have to buy raw ACV (with the mother) for it to work. Bragg is a good brand name. My BP is now 130's/70's and I feel great. I havn't taken a pill in 3 weeks. I really hope this helps you. God bless.

Thats the feeling I get-it scares me to death. I just recently realized all the symptoms I have are probably from the Lisinopril. I started taking it 3 years ago during an extremely stressful time. I have hair loss, joint pain, numb hands and arm when I sleep,a constant cough, and extreme fatigue. I can sleep 12 hours and still feel tired. And a 15 pound weight gain-which I attributed to age but am thinking its just another terrible side effect.
I poste earlier about trying to take yourself off Lisiniprol-dont do it without a DR----PLEASE!!!!
