Hello! I stopped using NR for about 8 days and my nipples are very very sore. I dont know if its because of the estrogen inbalances from caffine or what it is. But if you find any more information on it i would like to be enlightened as well.

I as well have experienced this.. I thought at first that I was pregnant, but took a test and it was negative. My nipples hurt so bad that as soon as I get off work I wear a sports bra all night. My boobs also feel almost firmer than normal too. I wish I knew why it's doing this, but I'm suspecting it's from going on Nuvaring since I just did about 2 weeks ago.
