I have been taking eltroxin for several years and i have intense mood swings, that often result in aggression. Is this a common side effect of this drug?

I have been taking Eltroxin, which I bought in India, for more than a year. I was wondering how to find out what filler they use? Sometimes I feel like I am on speed. What about you?
