I have found since taking this drug that my bowel movements are very difficult. I am not actually constipated, but feel almost impacted. I have never experience this problem before, and attribute it directly to this drug. I am curious if I am alone in this problem. Thanks

The closest thing I had was a number of digestive problems as follows:
Numbness in the digestive tract, say the stomach / duodenum area, which made me feel like when I ate food I got no sensation of having eaten, same for drink. Also felt my digestion was much less powerful. Prior to lisinopril, I'd eat food and quickly get a strong sensation of digestion, with a plesant sensation of satisifaction. After being on lisinopril for just a few months, that disappeared, for the first time in my life ever. It also gave me the feelings of extreme weakness and shortness of breath. I felt I could not adequately digest meats, and had a very strong desire for sweats, unusual for me. After quitting, my digestion and the numbness improved slowly but steadily, but I've never been the same since or as good as before this drug. I remembered that my bms were different, but couldn't specifically say I had the same description as you. This drug really messes with your all your bodily functions, though, like digestion, metabolism, sleep, etc...

Yes, I have experienced the exact feeling you described! I have always had a form of IBS, but I don't take meds for it, but it got worse and that strange sensation of feeling plugged as I call it. I have taken my last dose as of last night after reading the postings on this website.
