I am having the Mirena taken out in 6 days and can't wait! I have had mine for 9 weeks and have gained 7 pounds, suffer from severe nipple and breast sensitivity, have night sweats and want to eat constantly! I have very heavy periods and went on this to try to regulate them but found I would much rather have a heavy bleed for 2 days than deal with these constant symptoms. My belly is now so bloated I look like I am 6 months pregnant to boot! Yuck. No more Mirena for me. :[

I had merina implanted almost 4 weeks ago and Im having it removed in 2 weeks.... I have gained an alarming amount of weight,though Im terrified to grt ona scale.. my clothing is extremly tight..all in 4 weeks!!! My bra, panties, Ive gone up a size in my jeans..I might as well be pregnant!! Not to mention the deppression, fatigue, back aches.. I decided to get the implant because of the "low dose of hormones"... Im sensitive to them... I cant wait to have this thing removed..never again will subject my body to senthics....
