I am trying a natural product called transfer factor. I have only took one supplement and have not used my advair for 3days and have not taken an allergy pill for 3 days. I have put on lots of weight since starting the advair and like you I also quit smoking. There are lots of testimonials about transfer factor on line. I asked my Dr about it. He said it wont hurt you but he cant support it cause it is a non prescription meds. If it wont hurt me it is worth a shot. Lots of people with allergies and asthma have found releif and don't use any meds anymore. I am hoping for the same. Hope this helps.
