After taking Lisinopril (see that forum!!) and suffering with many awful side effects I went on to Bendro.... 2.5mg daily and was pleased that the side effects were minimal. Some pain in my fingers which seemed to improve from a. drinking more water, b. taking the pill at night and c. avoiding tomatoes, citrus, wine etc (gouty foods).. Maybe these would help you too?
