Benicar as with all blood pressure lowering drugs causes weakness, numbness, heartburn, leg pain, will affect the eye sight tremendously, and when discontinued of course your bp will soar to new hights. Should with all the others be taken off the market.

Postings like this one show such a lack of intelligence. They should be withdrawn by monitors and never even get to the internet.

I have had absolutely no side effects from Benicar. I've tried Cozaar (weight gain) and Lisinopril (pounding heartbeat, stuffy sinuses, and many other side effects). I'm going back on the Benicar even though it's more expensive than a generic. My health is worth it.
