It is probably worse than snake venom as follows:
It is probably a synthetic version of the venom, which means that it is unnatural as they make it in the lab, it has by-products and nasty chemicals in addition. These by-products are: incompletely formed molecules, which noone really knows what they do, but are almost certainly poisons; heavy metals are allowed, such as mercury, which are definately poisons; and what happens in the lab, but nature never does, mirror image molecules of the intended shape, which are also poisons.
In addition, lisinopril is the generic version, which obviously has poorer quality control than the original name brand drug. You can see dozens of people in these postings who only had problems after changing from the brand name to the generic.
Also, the various dosages probably have different quality levels too, meaning that 10mg is not necessarily less toxic than 20mg - people also report having problems after a change in dosage, up or down!
