I am a 37 yr old while female - I have been on Advair for about the last 5/6 years - I dont have any of the symtoms that everyone has stated above - but I have something that nobody else has seemed to mention. Before I started using Advair - I had perfect teeth - no cavitites no nothing. After years of using Advair - I now have Tooth Enamel Loss on my bottom front teeth - they are not decaying at all but the lower half of each tooth has lost its tooth enamel and shows the yellowish Dentin layer. I use my Advair 250/50 once a day and rinse my mouth with water as well as mouth wash and brushing after each dose - but yet it is still destroyin my teeth. I have contacted the maker of Advair in regards to this and get no response what so ever - so should my next step be to contact a lawyer? Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hi-
My 9 year old daughter was on Advair for about a yr. and recently stopped since my husband became irate about the high cost which is supposedly for the packaging and not the medication itself. Yesterday, she bumped her tooth on a shopping card and the back half of her tooth fell apart!!!! And it is her FRONT TOOTH!!!! This is highly unusual and I can't help but believe something is wrong with the development of her teeth and I wonder if the inhaled meds. are at fault??!!!!

Hi, I was on Advair for about 15 months and though I started with no cavities at all (I had just finished up some dental work though) within the time that I took it, all of my top teeth and several of the bottom rotted - just crumbled one by one. I also had severe facial nerve pain on both sides which just kept getting worse and worse until finally an ER doc suggested Lidocaine squirted up each nostril with one of those needle-less syringes. OMG it was like a miracle. Anyway, the facial nerve pain was directly associated with my rotting teeth, which were rotting from the inside-it wasn't visible. I tried to get a lawyer to represent me-tried to get enough money from GSK to pay for reconstruction while there was still time to do implants, but several lawyers I contacted wouldn't take the case. Maybe now, with so many people experiencing problems, it might be time to try some lawyers again.
