much easier to blame a medicine than to believe something may actually be wrong with your son isn't it? I have the same fears you just discribed and I have also taken advair on and off for the last ten years or so. There is no relation. Before you say there is a relation because I'm on the same meds and have the same problem.. mine started at a time when I was not even on the medicine. You need to get our son to a phycologist NOW or it will just continue to get worse. The earlier you start treating something like this the better!

Please do not worry that your son has OCD. I have been experiencing exactly the same symptoms, and all from the Advair. The past couple weeks I have been suffering from severe crying spells and intense anxiety / fear that someone close to me may die. I have never had these symptoms before, and I am 48 years old. Today, I called my doctor and told her I am stopping the Advair. Your son will be in my prayers.
