I've been on Topamax for migraines for a little over 2 months also. I haven't experienced the negative symptoms that you have. My symptoms have been decreased appetite, mood change but it's for the better, tingling in my hands, and soda and anything carbonated tastes flat. I've only had to take my Imitrex two or three times since I've started the Topamax so it's definitely worth suffering the side effects that I have. I would definitely let your doctor know of your side effects right away, maybe there is another alternative that won't have such negative side effects for you. Good luck.
