Wow. I'm glad i found this site. Last night i had a sudden brain wave that my complete lack of interest in sex might just be down to the pill, and it looks like i might just be right. I used to be quite highly sexed when i first met my boyfriend, but 3 years later and i finally have no libido whatsoever, i really dont see the point anymore. This is sad for both me remembering who i used to be and my relationship, especially as i only moved in 3 months ago! Next week i'm having surgery to see if i have endometriosis as the (minimal amount of) sex i am having is quite painful (sometimes like a stabbing pain, sometimes like a real bad ache), although it seems this could be a side effect too? I wouldn't be suprised if the doctors come back stumped as to what the problem is, but either way i think i need to give Yasmin up. In fact i'm not keen on putting any more chemicals in my body any more, but now what do i do about birth control!? I dont know about the other side effects - i certainly am tired a lot, dont sleep very well, have the odd heart 'flutter', and now you come to mention it my legs do ache sometimes....but i think i'm lucky to have got away without depression or raging tempers (which is actually why i was put on yasmin in the first place). Fingers crossed i may have just discovered after the last 2 1/2 years what the problem is, thanks to you guys!
