My husband was prescribed Azithromycin Paks not once, but twice for Bronchitis and it also cleared up the bronchitis, but left him with severe abdominal pain and the inability to walk or use his upper body muscles. He also complained of knee joint pain. I brought him by ambulance to the hospital where they did some blood work, an abdominal ultrasound and sent him home with no answers. He is still crying out in pain and I need help lifting him in/out of the chair and bed. I even had to purchase a bedside commode. Needless to say, we're both very depressed and bitter about not finding any answers. I'm finding out more at this site than anywhere else. I'm trying to find a doctor that will help him.
