Yasmin Vitamin b complex, horrible headaches, mood swings, hormones, birth control

Posted at 7:13 PM on Sep 26, 2007 by starlight, #23910

I have been off Yasmin for almost 2 weeks and the panic attacks are gone!!! I feel much better. I decided not to use another form of birth control "with hormones" until my hormones are balanced! The only thing is I am having HORRIBLE headaches, the muscles in my legs and arms are still aching and my mood swings are still there.

I hope this ends soon!! right now i am taking vitamin b complex to see if that helps any.

Are the vitamin B complex helping you? I have been off for a week and still having some panic episodes I just want them gone. Any advice would be great!

Hi,

I understand your dillemma. You can also try Evening Primrose Oil and a Multivitamin containing Omega H3.

I understand your predicament,

Try Evening Primrose Oil as well with an all inclusive Multivitamin that includes Royal Jelly and Ginseng and also Omega H3 - sometimes you might have to get the last 3 seperately

I definitely agree with the B complex and the Omegas. i think both will help me. I actually started the Bs awhile back in preparation of stopping and I felt better in just a short time. They do take awhile to build up in your system I think. No downside really, but they do upset your tummy for a bit after taking... I think they're worth it for sure. All BCPs are known for depleteing your B vitamins so cannot hurt!
