I've been taking Yaz for three months and, as much as I'd like to stay on a birth control pill, this one just isn't working. I've been ravenously hungry, and nauseous too. It's been a vicious cycle of eating (to stem the insane cravings), and then vomiting. Yuck. I'm over it. I've read some of the other posts, and I can relate to the need to pee also. I experienced the same diuretic effect, but only for a few weeks during the first pack of pills. I've also had a mild headache nearly every day since I began taking the pill. And I've had sore breasts too. I'm sure there are some girls who can handle Yaz, but I'm not one of them!

Like many of the other women posting here I am so glad to find this site. I was on my way to work this morning considering going to see my doctor for anti depression medication. Then I started crying and just decided to call in. I started taking YAZ just this Tuesday and my roommate and I have noticed a big change in my moods. I'm very emotional and have been crying almost everyday at the drop of a dime. I have not gone to work for the past two days because of how extremely senstive I am. It just would not be a good combination because I work at clinic that treats children with cancer. I'm having fears of losing it in while communicating with the patient's families and in front of co-worker's. Anyhow, I called my doctor today and I am waiting for his reply about my sudden mood change and how he wants to handle it. From my own research (while waiting) I've decided I'm just going to stop taking them. I've also have had headaches everyday this week and started having diarhea this morning. I suffer from migraines as well, I also read somewhere you should not take this medication if you have migraine headaches. My doctor knows that, but like I said I'm waiting for his reply.
