I had used NR for 2 months and decided that I couldnt afford the cost each month. I took my ring out 20 days ago, and for the past few days have been experiencing pretty painful breast tenderness and swelling. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative, but the symptoms feel like they did when I was pregnant. I have also been having a hard time sleeping. I didnt know if these were normal symptoms after taking the ring out.
