Please Help! I can't sleep . I started generic wellbutrin sr 3 days ago and now I haven't slept in about 36 hours!

I would take a shot of liquor. No more than a shot. It helped me. This side effect went away for me after about 2 weeks. was great after 1 month

two side effects of wellbutrin is insomnia, and mania which means the inablility to come down off a high, kinda like drinking to much caffiene but worse hope this helps please call you doctor and tell what the medication is doing to you. thanks hope this help
