does anyone know what the difference between regular loestrin and the loestrin 24? Loestrin 24 did not work for me I was getting my period 2 weeks before it was due. I also had horible cramps and mood swings. I am not sure If I want to try another pill. My doctor said to try femcon fe but my insurence does not cover it. It is 63.00 to expensive for me.
Hey there, the first pill i tried was femcon fe.. now i had major mood swings and light cramps, heavy long cycles. though it cleared my acne.. but it was not the pill for me because it was too much estrogen. now this pill loestrin has seemed to help with my period. it has lowered my cycle from three weeks to 5 days and alot lighter.. but just ask your doctor, depends on the person, every pill is different for everyone. u may have to try a few. there could also be a generic form of femcon fe.. just ask around.
