I tried the NR for 3 months like my doctor told me to. She painted this pretty picture of how it was so easy, and that's the birth control she takes, blah, blah. After reading the other comments I see some of the same things I experienced. Like sleeplessness. I have not really seen any other comments of digestive problems, but I'm sure it's because of the ring. It seems like the week before I'm supposed to take the ring out I begin having digestive issues, throwing up, diahrea, nausea, dizziness. Pregnant symptoms. I got off the ring and got on a low dose pill. I can't have digestive issues every month for a whole week. I would rather set my alarm and remember to take the pill everyday. Also, the ring cost $50 and the pill $15.
