HI, I don't know if there is any point posting this as most people have not been on prednisone for as long as i was :) Anyway... Is there anyone who was on prednisone for ten years or more who got off it and has stayed off it ? I am still suffering from the side effects of being on it and it has been three years now :) A lot of the side effects are less but I still have a puffed up torso and sore joints as well as cold and clammy feet and hands interspersed with hot flushes at times. I am just wondering if eventually your body goes back to normal :) I used to have a very athletic body :) See you
