I am happy to hear you are off the Toprol. I have been off it now for two weeks. At first I had really bad withdrawls, now I am feeling much better. Everyones situation is different so I would never tell anyone to do what I did. My blood pressure spiked and that was scary. I never had high blood pressure before. You need a doctor that will listen and understand your needs when you ask him to take you off this stuff. My doctor wanted to put me on another med. I decided not to do it. I do not have a very bad heart problem, so I took the chance to just get off the toprol and the plavix, I still take crestor and baby asprin. The crestor is the next med on my hit list.
Good luck with everything, Have Good Health!!
