I am a 75yr old female that ahd a full knee replacement on Sept.14,07 My BP was under control before the surgery, however after the knee replacement my BP was spiking. While I was in the hospital I was prescribed Lisinprril 20 mg. That was 3 weeks ago ,this has been the worst 3 weeks in my life, my operated knee was in ,twice the pain that it should be and I had swelling in my ankle to the point of wanting to cut my foot off.I have stoped taking THAT killer drug and only after 2 days I'm feeling better, the, swelling was almost down to normal, also the depression ,& crying have changed.Thank goodness for this wed site and all the people that have responded. What kind of quality of life is that awful pill.
