I started out taking Tandem OB in the morning and 30 min after taking I would vomit yellow bile. I then started it at bedtime and in the morning after waking I would vomit yellow bile. So then I started taking it 15 to 30 mintues after dinner each night and not vomiting! And I have energy the next day. My recommendation is to take it on a full stomach!!! It gives me the energy I need.

Does it still work after eating it on a full stomach. Cause Mine says to eat on an empty stomach and 30 minutes to an hour I vomit yellow bile as well.
