My wife ran a 102 fever in June while traveling.. Took her to emergency room. They said she had pneuomonia, gave her antibiotics and inhaler. Follow up doctor said she had COPD and prescribed Advair 100. Returned to home and visited Respiratory dr. He put her on predisone (8 down to 1 5mg tablet over a week) and 4 weeks of Advair 250. After 2 weeks she started running 102 fever, reduced to 99.6 with Ibuprofine. She is tired, has a bad dry chest cough and has had bad diahera. Will take her to Dr monday and have stopped using Advair.
