I started taking this pill about 2 weeks ago. The very first night I woke up with awful nausea. That continued for about 3 days. Like some of you, I feel like I'm not even myself anymore. I cry for no reason at all. My fiance says he doesn't even know who I am anymore..I'm SO moody! This is the first birth control I've been on, so I don't know what else to compare it to...but so far I don't like it. It's made my face break out a little too, which never happens. And I do feel bloated a lot. This sucks.

Call your doctor tomorrow and get something else. I would recommend a non-hormonal thing, but you may be able to tolerate something else. Be very very firm with them, because your symptoms are clearly having a very negative effect on your life. You shouldn't be suffering this much. I am very sensitive to hormonal bc and can't take ANY of it, but I know people have had better luck than I. If you do not plan on having children, I suggest a hormone free IUD (like Para-guard). Many doctors hesitate giving them to women who haven't have a child yet, though.

I know what you mean. I have been on Femcon Fe for about 3 months and i thought it would go away, the sickness that i would always feel, and the crying too! My boyfriend hates it. So i am Switching to YAZ see how thats goes. But do look for diff. Birth controls untill you find the right one. :) Good luck girl!
