my 5 yr old has been on singulair for 2 months and her behavior has changed dramatically. She is moody, hyperactive and aggressive. Her teachers have been complaining about her behavior and last year she was their star pupil. She has always been a relatively well behaved and focused child. I think her behavior is a side effect of the singulair.

I got online tonight to see if any other parents notice a behavior change in their children after going on Singulair. My 4-year-old son cries at the drop of a hat and the only thing that has really changed is his prescription for Singulair. I thought he was overtired but I can't get him to go to sleep either. I'm going to ask his doctor about this on his next appointment. Are we the only parents who are experiencing this? Thanks for mentioning it online.
