My doctor put me on Neurontin for nerve damage to my foot related...

I think taht the bloating and gas are common and not too much to worry about. I have been off it for two weeks afetr being on it for over a year and when I took it today the effect was amazing. For the first time in I can"t remember when I wasn"t anxious and fairly calm. It was an insurance thing and I could"nt refill till today. It is better than all the other antidepressants etc. that I was taking. It helped with my carpel tunnel really well. The pain in my arms is nil. Keep taking it because it will help you and those side effects are minor. Actually without it I have become extremly constipated too. Good luck, Marsh

I am 53 and was on neuronton, and came off after a few weeks. I was becoming disoriented, confused and not able to concentrate. I was takeing it for nuralga in my feet. after a few days off my head cleared, and my feet became painful again. A friend was on it and had a seizure, at the hospital her drivers license was confescated, she never had a seizure before and it was proven by another Dr. it was a side effect of the neuronton. she hired a lawyer and after 5 months was able to get her drivers license back. the drug should be called neu-rotten
