hey, i have been on the ring for like three days now, i am kinda nauseas, have some abdominal pain, i am kinda dizzy and very tired. my doctor says the side effects should go away. did anyone have a hard time just at first and then the side effects got better? in case i dont get back to this site please email me at kimbrali@comcast.net thanks
