lots of posts on headaches and muscle spasms, saw some reports of stomach issues, my question is, "Has anyone experienced if you stop taking the pill or miss a day, you feel as if someone gave you a benedryl or tylenol pm. Severely groggy, almost drunk like, severe exhaustion for about 2 or 3 days any idea why its so intense?"

Probably because your body is short on sleep, and you didn't notice because you were on Adderall the whole time.

i have headaches all the time even not on adderall and on it, more sleepy, and a strange muscle spasm in my leg
