I have been taking Flomax for 5 days. My urine flow was about the same for the first day or so, and I believe I have been getting up as many times as normal. The urge to go seems like it is less, however. The first day, I noticed no sperm (only clear liquid) after ejaculation. this happened twice. the rest of the days were normal.
