I too had a Kenalog-40 shot in my glute January 2007, for hair loss related to Yasmin. I developed a large, indentation with pigment changes, as I am African American. I cured my own dent after my dermatologist and a few specialists at Johns Hopkins Hospital, where I work, told me there was nothing they could do to help me. I took chlorophyll supplements for 30 days and the dent disappeared. I used Nature's Way chlorophyll and apparently this stuff removes drug deposits from the body and fully cleared up the dent.
