Female, 27, 6 months on Warfarin 7mg daily. Diagnosed with functional protein c deficiency (congenital) in May of 2007 after suffering a blood clot that travel down into my toes. I’ll have to take warfarin for the rest of my life but I have been extremely lucky with lack of side effects. In the beginning I was tired, depressed, leg cramps, moody and slight weight gain. I’m happy to say that all of those symptoms besides the leg cramps have subsided. Of course after reading some of these posts and seeing that the side effects could occur years later has me a little worried. I’m interested in learning about any kind of herbal remedies if anyone has any suggestions

Natto Kinase is an alternative to Warfarin.
