My MD gave me a free sample when I complained that my BPH caused me to get up too frequently ( 4-5 times an evening) to get a good nights sleep. I took Flomax .4mg for three nights and got great results the third evening with only one trip to the bathroom. However, the day after I fainted and for the last four days I have been dizzy despite not taking anymore Flomax. I was admitted to the hospital for tests. They were all negative but documented my Flomax induced orthostatic hypotension with repeated measurments of lying, sitting and then standing BP measurments. I am 64 and never had this problem prior to taking those three Flomasx pills. RLR fainting, dizziness
