I understand where you are coming from, I have the EXACT same side effects, I spent 7 hours in the ER thinking I was having a heart attack, I am very depressed, and have heart palpitations too, I am glad to know I am not the only one, although I am sorry you have/had to go through it too, this STINKS!!! I had the Mirena removed yesterday and am still feeling icky, I hope the symptoms go away soon, I feel like I am going crazy, I have an 8 month old and a 6 year old, I feel like I am a bad mother, wife.........this is terrible, PLEASE DO NOT GET THE MIRENA!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel the obgyn made it out to be the perfect bc for me, and I was not aware of any of the horrible side effects I am experiencing, I will keep everyone updatedm as I would want to know when there feeling subside after having the mirena removed, good luck to you.

Are you sure you got the Mirena?You said coil.Which is the other birth control method my doctor was trying to get me to get.They insert the coils into your fulliopian tubes and it scars them so you cant get pregnant.The Mirena is a T shaped iud that is inserted but can be removed.
