An Urgent Care doctor perscribed this to my 16 year old son. We do trust our doctors, but apparently this is NOT to be given to minors. After ONLY the 2 pill, my son could not hardly speak, his jaw was so so crooked, I thought he was having a stroke! He was so petrified and it truly was the most horrble thing we have ever gone through. We rushed him to ER and the doctor could not beleive that the perscribed this to a 16 year old, and that Rite Aid filled this prescription! Never would I recommend this. The ER doctor said as soon as it was out of my sons system he would be okay, and recommended Benadryl. After the first dose of Benadryl, he was okay and this drug was out of his system in about 2 days. Another terrible side effect was his face would not stop twitching. AWEFUL.

I just spoke with our doctor about my husbands side effects, she said don't take any more. Then I told her what I found on this site. She said she gives all her, even JUVINILE CLIENTS Levaquin and they never reported a problem to her but she will keep it in mind. She is performing surgery on my husband tomorrow morning! I'm nervous about her therfor I'm printing copies to give to her to make sure she does not overlook this pharmaceutical outbreak.
