I'm not sure if I should blame Lisinopril, but I've never had pain in my forearms before now. My forearms ache so much I can't even pick up my five year old niece. I've lifted weights and have been active my whole life, but now my forearm muscles hurt pretty bad..it started when the medicine did..

I take a very small dose of lisinopril and I also have unexplained pain in my forearms and shoulders, too.Am wondering if this could be the reason? JG

i have the same problem however mine starts in my neck and pulls down my shoulders and makes my arms feel like they weigh a ton.
